imagination Theatre School Terms and Conditions

At the time of joining any course at Imagination Theatre School, you (or your parent/guardian) if you are under 18, will be required to sign a copy of the terms and conditions. Download a copy of the terms here.


Code

Good Manners - Good Behaviour - Hard Work - Focus - Self Control - Team work - All of these lead to achievement

Patience, Kindness Tollerance Kindness and understanding will be the motto of all of us at Imagination helping all to success

Normal Registration Fee: Adult £30 - Students Seniors and Juniors £25 - Infants £15 - Extra Family member £10

Registration is paid when you join - once - for all

Drama and or Singing  Attendance Fee: £5 Infants £3 Second infant £1

Family -First attender in one week £5 (infant £3) second all ages £3 (adult £5) - third £1 and subsequent family members £1

Family is family unit direct parents and children/stepchildren - Cousins are separate families

Special rates are by discression of the management of Imagination Theatre School

A week is Sunday to Saturday. Second attendance for individual in one week £3 

Separate Dance Classes are £5 a Class - infants £4 no concessions

We reserve the right to change the time and move a student between groups depending upon age and suitability and activity

Class times are flexible - please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your class time to register and be ready to start

The beginning of the class time must allow for changeover of groups.  Please allow for this at start time.

Last class of the day - class includes tidying and assisting to leave premises as found.

At the end of the last class of the day please be punctual in picking up and leaving the building.   

We reserve the right to cancel a class if due to staff sickness or bad weather or act of God or circumstances beyond our control e.g. hall heating breakdown in winter

Extra rehearsals may be arranged and if requested students must attend within reason and considering other commitments

We reserve the right to extend the times and invite all students to attend to a full day or full half day as necessary to extend rehearsal   

We reserve the right to alter fees within reason, as necessary giving one month's warning of any price  

Clothing

Comfortable trousers and T shirt or tidy top

Uniform for galas or events must be worn which is: Black Trousers, White/black uniform T shirt, Tidy easy move soft shoes or jazz shoes, Tidy clean hair

We reserve the right to change the uniform from time to time giving one month's notice - This will not be carried out lightly

Extra logo items will be available from time to time but not compulsory 

Adults

Tidy casual trousers : Tidy top or uniform T shirt - no vulgar or unacceptable logos on clothing

Adult Drama - pre 9pm watershed respectful content

casual sports trousers or shorts in hot weather - skirts are not always practical except in hot weather.

trainers or easy move soft shoes eg jazz shoes or plimsoles

Bad language and inappropriate attitude will not be tolerated

Gum is not acceptable and dangerous when singing or speaking

All attenders must be fresh and deodourised.  We reserve the right to ask the student to return home to wash and freshen up

We reserve the right to change the content and times of all classes shows and events if it becomes necessary.

Costumes must be provided by student or family if requested - help will always be available with this

We reserve the right to call parent or guardian in the case of unacceptable behaviour - Zero tolerance to bullying at all times

Unacceptable behaviour or excessive disruptive behaviour is not acceptable and we reserve the right to suspend students if necessary

A parent or named adult must be present with infants at all times  

Please tell us if you (the student)/or your child has any problems we need to know about

syndromes - autism - ADHD aspergers - allergies - mental or Physical handicap dyslexia - other.................................................................

Any daily  medications will be administered by registered chaperones  - with signed permission of the parents - according to the rules of KCC at all times.

All recordings made and photos taken at Imagination Theatre school are the possession of Imagination Theatre school and unless otherwise requested -in writing -may be used at the discression of Imagination Theatre school - In a group recording photograph no exception is made.
